It was a marvelous view of the sun setting clouds aflame as it set behind the buildings of downtown Portland. That’s a metaphor, of course. But the visual of clouds on fire isn’t too farfetched in this image captured while driving across a bridge back to the hotel for the evening. Considering all the rain during the day, this gorgeous fire storm was well-received.
